Service Description

This session is both nutrition and fitness combined. You will learn about what food types are good to fuel your exercise. You will also learn about the guidelines for healthy eating and the guidelines for physical activity. There will be a practical session of what you learnt in theory - can be a cooking session and/or a fitness session.
